After-sale service:
1. The company strictly follows the signed equipment configuration and technical requirements, designs and manufactures according to national industry standards, and ensures that the user's equipment is a qualified product that meets the requirements.
2. Within ten days after the contract takes effect, the equipment design and manufacturing company and the end user shall coordinate, connect, and inspect the installation process; The business dealings between the two parties in the letter must be replied to within 8 hours.
3. Install and debug the equipment according to the agreed time and cycle between both parties.
4. The equipment quality and shelf life are one year, and vulnerable parts are not within the warranty period. The packaging quality roller has a shelf life of six months. The acceptance date of all goods delivered to the user is the shelf life.
5. During the quality warranty period, the company provides necessary technical services free of charge. If there are quality problems with the equipment design and manufacturing, the equipment may be affected
