Various types of flat sacrificial paper can be produced using an available kang-style papermaking machine. This method requires low investment, has low requirements, high output, and does not require a boiler, as it uses direct heating.
Four Methods of Papermaking Material Processing
1. Using printing factory scraps, white paper edges, wood pulp, cotton pulp, and grass pulp to produce toilet paper, napkins, book paper, and student paper directly. This process is simple.
2. Using old books and newspapers to make toilet paper, napkins, cardboard, and student paper requires a deinking machine and bleaching process. This method requires a larger investment and space, depending on the machine model.
3. Using bamboo, bamboo pulp, crushing, and pulping processes to make sacrificial paper and handmade paper. This process is simple.
4. Using waste cardboard boxes to make firecracker paper, sacrificial paper, handmade paper, packaging paper, yellow cardboard, and corrugated cardboard.
5. Using waste pulp from large pulp mills after recovery and processing.
Four Methods of Heating, Drying, and Sterilization
1. Using electric conduction drying.
2. Using oil or gas boilers to generate steam for drying. This method is environmentally friendly but requires a large investment.
3. Using coke or coal and a coal gas generator for direct steam drying (referred to as burning the cylinder).
4. Using a coal-fired boiler to generate steam for heating and drying. This method saves energy, ensures even drying, and improves output, quality, and speed.
The choice among these four methods depends on local conditions.
1. This machine does not use wheat or rice straw for papermaking, does not use caustic soda for cooking, therefore does not require washing, does not discharge wastewater, produces no sludge, and does not pollute the environment.
2. For waste paper recycling, only two tons of water are used per ton of paper for soaking and pulping. The water squeezed out by the rollers is collected through the waterway and水槽 to the recycling pool for reuse, with no water discharged. Reusing water avoids wasting water resources.
3. Waste paper is recycled using the original paper and color, without adding any chemical raw materials or additives.
4. The paper produced by the kang-style papermaking machine is made by reprocessing waste paper into original paper. It is odorless and will not cause any harm to the human body or pollute the air.
