To produce a4 copy paper and cultural paper, there are several steps needed in pulp making. Firstly, you should use hydrapulper to break raw materials(waste paper and wood pulp sheet) and make fiber tear. Next you should use different screens to pick impurity out and improve purity of pulp.After that, you should use bleachers and propellers to improve the whiteness of the pulp. And finally use desander to remove heavry impurity and then put ready pulp on  cylinder or wire to finish intial paper forming.

Various of raw materials can be used to produce a4 copy paper,such as waste paper, wood pulp, plants,etc. However,for good quality paper products, we strongly suggest you use wood pulp as raw materials because fiber of wood is much better.

If you have a lot of waste paper and want to recycle it, it is possible to make it, which means you can use mixed pulp as raw materials to reduce costs but remember that wood plup can not be less than 75% otherwise final prpducts won't be good.

If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.

If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
