Characteristics of Newspaper Printing Machines
Our newsprint paper machines can produce various qualities of newsprint. The final quality of the newsprint depends on the quality of the raw materials used. Better raw material quality can produce better quality final paper.
To recycle used newsprint, it is first sent to the pulping process where it is mixed with water and chemicals to help re-slurry, then cleaned and screened to remove large contaminants. The pulp is then de-inked in a specially designed de-inking section, followed by further cleaning, screening and brightening. Water is continuously treated and recycled within the plant to minimize overall water usage.
Water is then added to the de-inked pulp, resulting in a slurry that is 99% water and 1% fiber. This mixture is then pumped into the wet end section of our machine.

Description
1. Frame: Adopts the square box frame structure of the Finnish Wemade paper machine. The frame is made of steel plates with a thickness of 10-14mm. After welding, it is controlled by mechanical constraints, which improves its vibration resistance and stability.
2. Doctor Blade: Adopts a square box composite pneumatic doctor blade. This is an improvement over the T-shaped structure, increasing the doctor blade's anti-deflection and anti-vibration capabilities to ensure that the doctor blade does not shake during operation, keeping the paper wrinkles uniform, fine, and smooth.
3. Gas Hood: Adopts the breathable drying hood of a high-speed tissue paper machine to improve the dryness of the paper and ensure drying capacity at high speeds.
4. Cylinder: Drawing on the flow box technology of Japan's Kawanoe, a three-stage expansion device is designed, and more dispersant branch pipes are added to make the fibers and dispersants more uniform. At the same time, through user-friendly design, operation and cleaning are easier.
5. Cylinder Mold: Adopts a Φ1800mm cylindrical mold to reduce the pulp backflow phenomenon during papermaking, improve paper flatness, reduce paper holes and pinholes, and improve the driving speed of the paper machine.

Drying Section
Our clients can use a range of paper machine dryers that have boiler quality plates and are fitted with heavy-duty graded cast iron and mild steel frames to maximize coverage of the paper under the dryer. The dryers have a surface ground finish and are dynamically balanced. Hydraulic Pulper

We are a renowned manufacturer of Hydra Pulpers widely used in the pulp and paper industry. When bales of wood pulp or wastepaper arrive at the paper mill, they are loaded onto conveyors and fed into a circular tank containing water. At its bottom is a very powerful rotor that breaks the bales into small pieces.

The resulting pulp begins to look like thick porridge. It operates automatically, and when the pulping process is complete, it discharges the pulp into large storage tanks.
The hydraulic pulper can be equipped with special devices for removing unwanted impurities such as wires, plastics, paper clips, staples, etc.
